Final Power Simulations Potential Delay due to Personal Tragedy

In reference to the exchange notice released on August 28, 2024, regarding the
final power simulations, Lokotech AS wishes to inform all stakeholders of a
potential slight delay.

The lead designer has tragically lost his spouse in an accident this week, and
the accuracy of the power simulations cannot be audited until his return to
office. His time off has currently not been decided.

While the exact timeline for the final power simulations is currently unclear,
completion is still expected soon. The overall project timeline may be affected.
We will provide further updates if the impact results in significant deviation
from what has been communicated earlier. The team will require some time to
assess the situation together with the affected engineer.

Lokotech Group extends its deepest condolences to the affected family and
appreciates the understanding and patience of our stakeholders during this
difficult time.
