Lars Gunnar Andersen, specialist advisor and primary insider of Endúr ASA (the
"Company"), has on 4 September 2024, through his wholly owned investment company
LGA Holding AS, sold 476,012 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 51.00 per
share. Following the transaction, Lars Gunnar Andersen and his close associate
hold 952,024 shares and 0 share options in the Company.
