Odfjell Technology Ltd – Successful placement of a senior secured bond issue

30 August 2024: Reference is made to the announcement made by Odfjell Technology
Ltd (the “Company”) on 28 August 2024. The Company is pleased to announce that
it has successfully placed a new NOK 1,100 million senior secured bond issue
with a tenor of 4 years. The new bond issue will carry an interest rate of 3
months NIBOR + 3.50% per annum with quarterly interest payments. The transaction
attracted strong interest and was significantly oversubscribed.

Net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to call the Company’s outstanding
NOK 1,100 million senior secured bond issue with maturity 23 February 2026 (ISIN
NO 0012439480) in full at the prevailing call price and general corporate
purposes.
