Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been
notified that Patricia Auseth, CMO and primary insider in Pexip, 22 August 2024,
has purchased 2,930 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 35.8 per share.

After the transaction, Auseth will hold 29,734 shares and rights to 255,000
shares.
