QFR: Final year-end financial statements for 2022 approved by the Board of Directors

26 April 2023, the Board of Directors of Q-Free ASA has reviewed and approved
the final year-end financial statements for 2022. Final figures are not altered
from preliminary figures published on 15 February 2023.

The Annual report for 2022, including the Board of Directors report and the
Consolidated Financial Statements and notes including ESEF format for 2022, will
be published on the Company's website www.q-free.com together with the notice
for the Annual General Meeting 2023.
