Notice of Written Resolutions

IceBear Steenwijk B.V. (the "Company") has today requested Nordic Trustee AS to
issue Notice of Written Resolutions for its Senior Secured EUR 35,000,000 Bond
Issue 2020/2023 with ISIN NO 0010768492 (the “Bond Issue”).

The Company has in the Notice of Written Resolutions requested the bondholders
to postpone the deadline set out in the bond terms for the above captioned Bond
Issue for publishing and delivering its annual statement and interim accounts
for Q1 as well as the compliance certificate to be delivered with the
aforementioned accounts (the "Proposal"). The Notice for the Written
Resolutions, including the Proposal, is attached to this release. The Company
has been in dialogue with and received support from bondholders representing a
total of 68% of the issued bonds prior to issuing this summons.
