27 April 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Endúr
ASA (the "Company") on 30 March 2023 regarding the issuance of 51,047 new shares
in connection with employee share purchase program for 2023.

The share capital increase of NOK 25,523.50 has now been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

New share capital: NOK 16,297,412.50
New total number of shares: 32,594,825
Par value of each share: NOK 0.50
