26 April 2023: Norsk Titanium AS (“Norsk Titanium“) publishes its Annual Report
for 2022 including the Board of Directors’ report, Sustainability report,
Corporate Governance report, and Financial Statements and notes. The Annual
Report was approved by the Board of Directors on 25 April 2023.
