Nordic Halibut AS – Notice of annual general meeting

The annual general meeting of Nordic Halibut AS will be held at Radisson Blu
Airport Hotel, Oslo Gardermoen, Norway on 10 May 2023 at 16:00 CET.

The notice convening the annual general meeting, including the agenda, as well
as the Board of Directors' proposals to the matters to be dealt with, is
enclosed with this notification in Norwegian and English. The notice will be
sent to all shareholders with known addresses.
