Invitation to OKEA first quarter 2023 conference call

(Trondheim, 26 April 2023) OKEA ASA (OSE: OKEA) OKEA will publish its financial
report for the first quarter of 2023 on Thursday 4 May at 06.00 CET. A trading
update summarizing key figures for the quarter will be published on 27 April at
08.00 CET.

A presentation of the results will be held on 4 May through a webcast and
audioconference starting 10:00 CET. The presentation will be held by Svein J.
Liknes (CEO) and Birte Norheim (CFO).
