KOMPLETT BANK ASA – BOND MANDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

Lysaker, 25 April 2023.

Komplett Bank ASA ("the Bank") has mandated Pareto Securities AS as arranger for
a potential issuance of a new subordinated Tier 2 bond issue of up to NOK 100
million, subject to market conditions.

The Tier 2 bond issue will have a floating rate and a tenor of 10 year with
first call option for the Bank 5 years after the issue date.
