Notice is hereby served that the annual general meeting (the "AGM") of EAM Solar
ASA (the "Company") will be held at 15:00 CET on 22 May 2023 at the Company’s
offices at Bryggetorget 7, Oslo.

The AGM will be opened by the member of the Board of directors, Stephan L.
Jervell, confer section 5-12 of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies
Act.
