The Annual General Meeting of Integrated Wind Solutions ASA will be convened on
8 May 2023 at 10:00 hours at the Company's offices at Beddingen 8, Aker Brygge,
Oslo, Norway.

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and attendance and proxy forms,
and associated information including the Company's Annual Report can be found on
the Company's website at https://www.integratedwind.com/ and attached to this
press release. The notice and associated information will also be distributed to
shareholders by normal distribution methods.

Registration must be sent no later than Friday 5 May 2023 at 16:00 with a
completed registration form or proxy. Duly completed registrations shall be sent
