Disclosure of voting rights in Medistim ASA

Øyvin Brøymer, Chairman of Medistim ASA, has received authorization for a total
of 9,601,705 voting shares in connection with the Annual General Meeting in
Medistim ASA the 24th of April 2023. This represents 52.36 % of voting shares.
Along with Brøymers shares through Intertrade Shipping AS that has 1,285,000
shares, Brøymer votes for a total of 10,886,705 shares. This represents 59.37 %
of the voting shares. The authorizations are valid for the Annual General
Meeting in Medistim ASA the 24th of April 2023.
