Heimstaden Bostad - Invitation to Webcast and Conference Call Q1 2023 Results

Heimstaden Bostad will publish its financial results for the first quarter of
2023 on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 07.00 CET. We invite institutional
investors and other stakeholders for a webcast and conference call on the same
day at 08.00 CET.

CEO Helge Krogsbøl, CIO Christian Fladeland, CFO Thomas Hansen and Head of
Corporate Finance and Treasury Adam Lindh will present key financial information
and market commentary for the quarter. A Q&A session will follow the
presentation.
