Reference is made to the announcement made on 20 April 2023 regarding the
extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of PatientSky Group AS to be held on 28
April 2023.

The board of directors of PatientSky Group AS has proposed a cash dividend of
NOK 2.50 per share, in total NOK 497,156,718. Should the EGM resolve to pay a
dividend, shares in PatientSky Group AS will be traded ex-dividend of NOK 2.50
per share as from 2 May 2023.
