Oslo, 20 April 2023 – The annual general meeting of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA
will be held on Friday 12 May 2023, at 10:00 CEST at Apotekergata 10B, 0180
OSLO, Norway.

All shareholders are encouraged to vote electronically prior to the meeting or
issue a proxy to the chairman (or the person he/she appoints) and not attend
physically.
