Oslo, 20 April 2023: Höegh Autoliners ASA ("Höegh Autoliners" or the "Company",
ticker code “HAUTO”) has signed a 5-year contract with a major Asian OEM for the
transport of cars from Asia to Europe. The contract has significant value over a
5-year period and shipments under the contract will commence in April 2023.

Andreas Enger, CEO of Höegh Autoliners, commented: “The signing of this contract
marks a milestone and confirms our strategy of building long term relationship
with customers in our core trade networks. Building a sustainable contract
backlog and working strategically with major OEMs to solve their long-term
transportation needs is our top priority and how we want to deploy a major
portion of our capacity. Starting next year, we will take delivery of the Aurora
class vessels and our customers will benefit from transporting their cargo with
vessels with the lowest carbon footprint in the industry”.
