Reference is made to the announcement published by Mime Petroleum AS (the
"Company") earlier today regarding summons for a written resolution with respect
to Mime Petroleum AS 10.25% USD 300,000,000 senior secured callable bonds
2021/2026 (ISIN: NO0011142036), Mime Petroleum AS 13.00% super senior secured
USD 180,000,000 bonds 2023/2025 (ISIN: NO0012867318) and Mime Petroleum AS
hybrid callable bonds 2023/2083 (ISIN: NO0012867326 and ISIN: NO0012867334) (the
"Bonds").

The written resolutions in respect of the Bonds have been resolved and approved
by the Company's bondholders. Please see the attached notices from the written
resolutions for further information.
