Hawk Infinity Software AS – Successful completion of NOK 150 million tap issue

Hawk Infinity Software AS has today successfully completed a tap issue of NOK
150 million under its existing senior secured bond with maturity in May 2025
(ISIN NO0010998586). The tap issue was carried out at 99.75% of par value.
Following the tap issue, the outstanding amount under the bond will be NOK 650
million. The net proceeds from the tap issue will be used for acquisitions and
general corporate purposes.

ABG Sundal Collier and Nordea acted as joint lead managers for the tap issue.
