Hawk Infinity Software AS – Fixed Income Investor Meetings

Hawk Infinity Software AS (the “Company”) has mandated ABG Sundal Collier and
Nordea to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing today. A
tap issue of up to NOK 100 million under the Company’s existing framework of NOK
800 million with final maturity in May 2025 (ISIN NO0010998586) may follow,
subject to inter alia market conditions. The net proceeds from the contemplated
tap issue will be used for acquisitions and general corporate purposes. At
present, there is a total outstanding amount of NOK 500 million under the
existing framework.
