Norlandia Health & Care Group AS - Successful listing of subsequent bond issue

Reference is made to the stock announcement made by Norlandia Health & Care
Group AS (the “Company”) on 19 January 2023 regarding its successful placement
of a senior secured subsequent bond issue of equivalent to NOK 522m under the
Company’s existing senior secured bond framework with ISINs NO0010997927 (the
“NOK-tranche”)and NO0010997943 (the “SEK-tranche”). The subsequent bond issue,
split between a subsequent issue of NOK 180m in the NOK-tranche of the bond and
a subsequent issue of SEK 352m in the SEK-tranche of the bond, are listed on
Oslo Børs as of today.
