Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 28 February 2023 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to
800,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for
employees.

From 12 April through 17 April the company bought 40,500 shares at an average
price of NOK 64.7711. See the attached documents for detailed information about
the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 369,600 shares at an average price of NOK
62.4513 since 1. March.

After these transactions, the company owns 431,106 treasury shares.
