SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge: Search for new CEO starts

The board at SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge will start looking for a new CEO, after Liv
B. Ulriksen has announced that she is planning for retirement at the latest
31.12.2024.

- We will start the search now and will take the time needed. Liv B. Ulriksen
will continue her work until a new CEO is found, so the group is in safe hands,
says chairman Eirik Frantzen.

Frantzen expects great interest.

- Being CEO of SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge is one of the most exciting jobs in
Northern Norway, so we expect great interest in the position.

Ulriksen has been CEO since February 2020.

- Recruiting for positions like this is an extensive process, so predictability
and transparency is important. I have informed the board that I want to step
down, but that I will continue until a new CEO is in place. If it takes 9, 12 or
18 months is less important, the group has my full attention and energy until it
happens, she says.
