Nils Petter Bjørnstad is resigning as CFO

Petter who has been with Elektroimportøren since 2014 has decided to step down
from his position as CFO. We have had a great cooperation and Petter have been
an important contributor to the management team and he has been essential in
building up Elektroimportøren’ s financial systems and company structure, says
CEO Andreas Niss.
Petter will remain in the company until mid July to secure a good handover to
our new CFO. Petter will resign as CFO from April 30, 2023.

Petter will be replaced by Jørgen Wist who currently holds the position as SVP
Namron. Jørgen will take over as CFO from May 1, 2023. Jørgen have been in
Elektroimportøren since 2014. First in the role as category and purchasing
director, over the last 4 years Jørgen has been SVP for Namron. Jørgen holds a
MSC in economics and business administration from NHH and a master in accounting
and auditing from BI Norwegian Business School.
