Orkla's Board of Directors and Chair of the Board of Directors elected

The Annual General Meeting of Orkla ASA was held today. All Board members and
deputy Board member were up for election.

The following Board members were re-elected for one year:
Stein Erik Hagen, Liselott Kilaas, Peter Agnefjäll, Anna Mossberg, Christina
Fagerberg and Rolv Erik Ryssdal.

In addition, the following new Board member was elected for one year:

Caroline Hagen Kjos (previously personal deputy member for Mr Hagen).

Stein Erik Hagen was elected as Chair of the Board of Directors, as proposed by
the nomination committee.
