Ice Fish Farm AS – New share capital registered

Frøya, 12 April 2023, Reference is made to the stock exchange notices published
by Ice Fish Farm AS (the "Company") on 30 March 2023 regarding the private
placement to raise gross proceeds of the NOK equivalent of approximately EUR 44
million by the issuance of new shares in the Company, including conversion of
outstanding shareholder loans of approximately EUR 26 million (the "Private
Placement").


The share capital increases resulting from the Private Placement have now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the
registration, the Company's share capital is NOK 12,045,071.30, divided into
120,450,713 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
