Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 28 February 2023 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to
800,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for
employees.

From 3 April through 11 April the company bought 41,400 shares at an average
price of NOK 65.2567. See the attached documents for detailed information about
the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 329,100 shares at an average price of NOK
62.1658 since 1. March.

After these transactions, the company owns 390,606 treasury shares.
