PatientSky – Competition clearance for divestment of SaaS and App business

Reference is made to the announcement made on 5 March 2023 regarding the
contemplated sale of PatientSky Group AS' indirect subsidiaries PatientSky SaaS
Norway AS and PatientSky App AS, to EG Norge AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EG
Denmark A/S (the "Transaction").

PatientSky is pleased to inform that it has received clearance to complete the
Transaction from the competition authorities in Norway and that it expects
completion of the Transaction to occur during the next couple of weeks.
