(Oslo, 11 April 2023) HYON AS (HYON) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Olle A. Narvesen as interim CFO as of 12 April 2023.

"We are pleased to have Narvesen joining our team as the interim CFO, as we
believe he will play an important role in the further development of our
company," says Jørn K. Lindtvedt, CEO of HYON.

Narvesen brings extensive management and administrative experience to the role,
having held various management roles within finance and IT within sectors such
as healthcare, retail, and education. He is educated from the Norwegian Military
Academy and the Norwegian Defense Command and Staff College and holds a degree
in business economics from BI Norwegian Business School.

Narvesen will be joining HYON on a part-time basis, starting on 12 April 2023.
Jan Frode Andersen will, as previously announced, be leaving the company to
pursue other opportunities, but he will remain available for the company to
ensure a successful transition of the role.
