In connection with the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 13 April 2023 (the
"AGM"), chairman of the board of directors, Stig Eide Sivertsen, has received
proxies without voting instructions representing 11,506,332 shares and votes,
equal to 5.6% of all issued shares and votes. The proxies are valid only for the
AGM. In addition, Mr. Sivertsen controls, directly, a total of 300,000 shares
and votes which, together with received proxies, means that Mr. Sivertsen
controls 11,806,332 shares and votes, equal to 5.7%, at the AGM. Consequently,
the 5% disclosure threshold has been crossed.
