Ice Fish Farm AS - Primary insider notification

Eggjahvita ehf., a close associate of Guðmundur Gíslason, CEO of Ice Fish Farm
AS (the "Company"), has entered into an agreement regarding a sale of 3,437,119
shares from Eggjahvita ehf. to a company to be established (the "Newco"),
corresponding to 2.85%, of the shares in the Company, at a price per share of
NOK 28.75. Guðmundur Gíslason will own 50,1% of the shares in Newco.



After the transaction, Newco will hold 3,437,119 shares, corresponding to 2.85%
of the shares in the Company and Eggjahvita ehf. will hold 5,835,543 shares,
corresponding to 4.84% of the shares in the Company.
