Hurtigruten Group Completes Refinancing of June 2023 maturities

Following the announcement dated 21[ ]February 2023, Hurtigruten Group AS is
pleased to announce that it has completed the issuance of a new EUR 200 million
5-year debt facility (the "New Debt Facility"). The net proceeds of the New Debt
Facility have been applied towards refinancing in full the EUR 176.5 million
existing term loans maturing in June 2023.
