Resolution Passed at Extraordinary General Meeting in Heimstaden Bostad

Heimstaden Bostad AB has in an Extraordinary General Meeting appointed Klas
Åkerbäck as new board member, replacing Anna Magnusson.

Klas Åkerbäck is Senior Portfolio Manager Real Estate at Alecta and is currently
leading Alecta's indirect international real estate investments. Åkerbäck has
extensive experience in leading evaluation and implementation of investment
strategies in the real estate sector.

The Board consists of 9 people:
