Reference is made to the announcement published by Mime Petroleum AS (the
"Company") on March 21, 2023, regarding summons for a written resolution with
respect to Mime Petroleum AS 10.25% USD 300,000,000 senior secured callable
bonds 2021/2026 (ISIN: NO0011142036) and Mime Petroleum AS 13.00% USD
180,000,000 senior secured callable bonds 2023/2025 (ISIN: NO0012867318) (the
"Bonds").

The written resolutions in respect of the Bonds have been resolved and approved
by the Company's bondholders. Please see the attached notices from the written
resolutions for further information.
