Recreate ASA: Annual Report 2022

Porsgrunn, Norway, 31 March 2023: The board of directors of Recreate ASA has
approved the annual accounts for 2022, and the annual report has been published
today.

The Annual Report 2022 is available at www.recreate.no and is also attached to
this release together with a separate Q4 2022 report and presentation.

Audit report for 2022 contains a clarification related to going concern, cf. the
Audit report included in Recreate ASA's annual report.
