Höegh Autoliners ASA: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023

Oslo, 31 March 2023: Notice is hereby served that the annual general meeting of
Höegh Autoliners ASA ("Höegh Autoliners" or the "Company", ticker code: "HAUTO)
will be held on 25 April 2023 at 13:00 hours CEST as a virtual meeting. Attached
is the notice of the meeting in English, together with the attendance form,
advance vote, and proxy forms.

The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, accessible online via
Lumi AGM. All shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting, vote and
ask questions from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices. For further
information regarding electronic participation, please refer to the online guide
available at https://www.hoeghautoliners.com/investors/annual-general-meetings.

No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but attendees must be logged
in before the meeting starts. Deadline for registration of advance votes and
proxies is 23 April 2023 at 16:00 CEST.
