Voluntary offer – offer document approved

Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved the
offer set out in offer document dated 30 March 2023 in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Meltwater N.V. made by MW Investment
B.V.

Offer price: (i) NOK 18 per share in cash, (ii) one ordinary share B in MW
Investment B.V. per share, or (iii) a combination of 50% cash consideration and
50% share consideration

Offer period: From and including 31 March 2023 to 16:30 hours (CEST) on 10 May
2023 (subject to extension)
