SpareBank 1 Østlandet (SPOL): Minutes from meeting of Supervisory Board on 30 March 2023

On 30 March 2023, the Supervisory Board of SpareBank 1 Østlandet met in the
Bank’s headquarters in Hamar.

Among other things, the Supervisory Board approved the annual accounts for 2022
and the distribution of profits, including dividends for equity capital
certificate holders, customer dividends, and gifts, it authorized raising
subordinated capital and senior non-preferred debt as well as buybacks of equity
certificates, and it re-elected the Chair of the Board of Directors and board
members.

Pål Jan Stokke and Malin Westby were re-elected as Chair and Deputy Chair of the
Supervisory Board, respectively.

The Supervisory Board re-elected Chair of the Board of Directors Siri J.
Strømmevold and board members Tore Anstein Dobloug and Alexander S. Lund.
