Ice Fish Farm AS: Primary insider notification

Frøya, Norway, 30 March 2023 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notices
published earlier today regarding the private placement (the "Private
Placement") in Ice Fish Farm AS (the "Company"). To facilitate settlement in the
Private Placement, Austur Holding AS, a close associate of Lars Måsøval, board
member in the Company, has entered into a share lending agreement pursuant to
which DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, shall borrow up to a number of
6,861,080 shares in the Company.
