Fertiberia receives consent from the bondholders to the proposed amendments to its Senior Secured Bonds

Fertiberia Corporate S.L.U. (the “Company” or “Fertiberia”) announces that,
pursuant to the written procedure (“Written Procedure”) initiated on 15 March
2023 in respect of its Senior Secured Floating Rate Bonds with ISIN NO0010912801
(the “Bonds”), the requested amendments to the terms and conditions (“Terms and
Conditions”) have been approved today.
A sufficient percentage of the nominal amount of the Bonds has been obtained to
fulfil the quorum requirement and the requisite majority has voted in favor of
the requested amendments to the Terms and Conditions. The bondholders have thus
approved of the amendments to the Terms and Conditions.
