Arctic Bioscience has today released its Annual Report 2022, including the Board
of Directors report and financial statements. The report and annual accounts
were approved by the Board of Directors after close of business on 28[th] of
March 2023.

On Thursday 30 March 2023, at 12:00 CET, the Company will host a webcast to
present the results an give an operational update. Following the presentation,
it will be opened for questions from the audience.
