Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 28 February 2023 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to
800,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for
employees.

From 21 March through 27 March the company bought 71,784 shares at an average
price of NOK 61.3821. See the attached documents for detailed information about
the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 237,700 shares at an average price of NOK
61.4601 since 1. March.

After these transactions, the company owns 299,206 treasury shares.
