and SVP Smart Watches & Connectivity at Xplora Technologies AS, bought 4 shares
on 23.03.2023 and has today bought 13,996 shares in Xplora Technologies AS at a
price of NOK 7.2 per share.

Following the transaction, Monica Lunder Westbye holds 14,000 shares in Xplora
Technologies AS.
