NBX Partners with Swedish Goobit Group on distribution of NBX Visa credit cards with Bitcoin kickback in the Swedish market

Oslo, Norway - NBX, the leading Norwegian-based digital assets exchange, has
signed a distribution agreement with Goobit (bt.cx) forming a strategic alliance
to offer the Swedish market the NBX Visa credit card.

The NBX Visa credit card project is in the final stages of production testing
for the Norwegian market. After going live in Norway, a launch of the card to
the Swedish market is a natural next step.

Bt.cx, a Goobit Group AB subsidiary, has over the last two years served more
than 75.000 Swedish customers, showing a strong market position and becoming an
attractive partner in the Swedish market for NBX.
