Disclosure of large shareholdings

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made today on 24 March 2023
by Edda Wind ASA (the "Company") relating to the extraordinary general meeting
in the Company (the “EGM”) whereby a resolution was made to approve the issuance
of 41,568,552 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 25 per share in
connection with Tranche 2 of the Private Placement as further described therein
and announced by the Company on 2 March 2023.

As a result of the resolution made by the EGM of the share capital increase, and
allocation of new shares in the Private Placement, the following disclosure of
large shareholdings are being made:

• Wilhelmsen New Energy AS was allocated 12,000,000 new shares in Tranche 2 of
the Private Placement and passed the 25% threshold as a result of the allocation
and the share capital increase in the Company. Following the completion of the
Private Placement, Wilhelmsen New Energy AS will hold 28,500,000 shares in the
Company corresponding to 25.38% of the issued share capital and votes.

• Østensjø Wind AS was allocated 4,800,000 new shares in Tranche 2 of the
Private Placement and passed the 20% threshold as a result of the allocation and
the dilutive effect of the share capital increase in the Company. Following the
completion of the Private Placement, Østensjø Wind AS will hold 21,300,000
shares in the Company corresponding to 18.96% of the issued share capital and
votes.

• Geveran Trading Co Ltd. was allocated 11,000,000 new shares in Tranche 2 of
the Private Placement and passed the 15% threshold as a result of the allocation
and the share capital increase in the Company. Following the completion of the
Private Placement, Geveran Trading Co Ltd will hold 18,551,754 shares in the
Company corresponding to 16.52% of the issued share capital and votes.

• EPS Ventures Ltd. was allocated 11,000,000 new shares in Tranche 2 of the
Private Placement and passed both the 10% and 15% thresholds as a result of the
allocation and the share capital increase in the Company. Following the
completion of the Private Placement, EPS Ventures Ltd. will hold 17,887,731
shares in the Company corresponding to 15.93% of the issued share capital and
votes.
