Board approval of the 2022 Financial statements for Medistim ASA

(Oslo, 24th of March 2023) Medistim ASA (OSE: MEDI), a niche market leader
within ultrasound technology with headquarter in Norway, that develops and
commercializes medical equipment for use within cardiac, vascular and transplant
surgery, announces that the Board of Medistim ASA has approved the Financial
Statements for 2022. The Financial Statements are without changes from the
preliminary Financial Statements published on the 1st of March 2023. The
Annual General Meeting will be held on 24th of April 2023.
