On 15 March the Board in Småkraft decided on and approved a private placement
that will increase the share capital with NOK 5,709,000 from NOK 245,513,250 to
NOK 251,222,250. The total capital increase amounts NOK 248,396,102. An
extraordinary general meeting on 21 March approved the capital increase. The
capital increase is a debt conversion of a subordinated shareholder loan in EUR,
whereas the share capital contribution shall be settled by way of set off
against receivables. The capital increase finances small scale
hydro power plants that Småkraft has acquired.
