Einar Olsen, CFO and primary insider of Endúr ASA (the "Company"), has on March
22 2023 transferred his 25,158 shares in the Company to his 100% owned company,
Red Devil Holding AS. In addition to the shares, Einar Olsen holds 32,006
options in the Company.
