Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Lumi Gruppen AS ("Lumi
Gruppen" or the "Company") on 7 March 2023 regarding the successful completion
of a private placement of 16,666,667 new shares in the Company (the “Offer
Shares”) at a subscription price of NOK 10.50 per Offer Share.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Offer Shares has
today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret).
Following this, the Company's registered share capital is NOK 22,201,402.02
divided into 52,860,481 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.42.
